Hello again,

my name is Charli and I’m 23 years old. I’m from Czech Republic, currently (and my whole life) living in the capital city Prague. I study a Chemical Engineering here and also writing a blog.

So, why am I here?

I’m here because I always wanted to. I always admired people who had their own blog. I’m not really sure even why. I am here to write my ideas, my stories, my observations. I do think people have a lot to offer and I want to give you my piece of mind. This blog is made for sole purpose of sharing my ideas and a young engineer and artist. I read a lot of books, I like to find new studies, observe people in various work fields. I would like to bridge gaps here in this digital sanctuary. I want to connect art and science, because I believe that both entities are inseparable. They are just a different sides of the same coin and when we look at it from afar, it is truly one thing.

Some may ask, why not to use social media like a ‘normal’ human being. And I will answer you that I, of course, do have social media (you can follow me there). But recently I’ve been battling with it a lot. I hate that I don’t have a full control over my content as much as I would like to. I also don’t want to use a ton of different social media platforms to fill my time. I want to write and share without the need to optimise my content for a soul crashing algorithm. Which I understand the irony here, I will still be battling the Google search and AI algorithm, but at least this is my space with my colours.
